Determine the Product Version
Use the NonStop VPROC utility to find the Prizm Gateway™ product version:
tacl> vproc [<installation-subvolume>].PRIZMON
Copy and paste the VPROC output to your support request.
Files to Include
When reporting an issue, please include the following items:
- A copy of the CFGCON file.
- A copy of the CFGGATE file.
- All LOG* files.
- Any saveabend files created.
- Please submit files as NonStop PAK files.
