Rate Limiting
The Rate Limiting Plugin controls the rate at which requests are forwarded to the web service provider.
Plugin Properties

| Limit to this request rate | Indicates the maximum number or requests per second or minute. |
| Per | Indicates that the rate is by second or minute |
| Limit by | Indicates whether to limit the rate by Client IP or Service, Route, or the entire gateway |
| Enabled | Check this box to enable the plugin. |
