CERTCOM Command Diagnostics

Browse all command error and warning numbers.

The reference covers certificate-management command diagnostics (201xx). For input, session and batch errors (101xx/102xx), see Command Interface Diagnostics.

CERTCOM assigns stable numbers to errors and warnings. Each entry contains severity, number, message, description, cause, effect and recovery.

Successful outcomes, lists, detail fields and HELP are unnumbered. Command diagnostics appear in the CERTCOM session or batch output; they are distinct from process-log event message codes.

Missing configuration errors identify the actual object type and name. A Referenced prefix means a command clause selected that object, rather than the command's target. Correct the first reported lookup and retry; the next missing reference, if any, is then reported. Use the suggested INFO collection command to check the available names. Configuration object names match case-insensitively for ASCII letters and retain their stored display spelling.

Version errors identify both the number and its certificate. Inspect INFO CERTIFICATE <name>, VERSIONS before selecting a version. Event and deployment errors include their selected handles; an empty collection is a valid query result.
