The HTTP Log Plugin allows a standard HTTP access log to be configured for a Service, Route, or the gateway. The log configuration is inherited, i.e, if a log is configured at the Gateway level, all Services and Routes will use that log configuration except where an HTTP Log Plugin is configured for a specific Service or Route. If an HTTP Log is configured for a Service, all of the Service's Routes will use that log configuration except where an HTTP Log Plugin is configured for a specific Route.
